Here are a few terms and agreements that apply to all of our sessions. If you have any questions, queries, or concerns, feel free to ask during the booking process!
FAQ
- Full payment or a 50% nonrefundable retainer fee is required to secure the session. This can be done via bank transfer or cash.
- In the event of cancellation, the client agrees to forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated at least [5] days in advance.
- Standard sessions are set to last for 20 - 30 minutes. The client agrees that if they arrive late, they will only have the remaining time within that period left.
- A late fee of $30.00 will be added to the session if the client arrives over 12 minutes late, without any advance notice. Notice must be made at least an hour before the session.
- The photographer will deliver the final edited images within 3-5 business days of the session date, excluding weekends. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the client promptly.
- The client agrees to provide an IDEA OR CONCEPT and any specific requests for the photography session. The client is responsible for coordinating with other vendors, if applicable.
- Photos will not be delivered until the full balance is paid.
- Additional photos beyond the allotted amount will cost $12 per image.
- Raw Images will not be given.
